Robert Belcham - Principal

Mentor Hospitality Consulting was founded by Robert Belcham in 2023. A seasoned chef and restaurateur with over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Renowned for his culinary talent, leadership and ability to see opportunity where others do not. Robert blends innovation and leadership while passionately mentoring aspiring hospitality professionals. His impressive journey includes opening and running award winning restaurants for over 20 years. Over 15 years of working with the Chefs's Table of BC, pushing the idea of professional sustainability. He is also the host and producer of the Mise en Place - the Podcast, capturing the breadth of talent of hospitality in Canada through their own stories. Robert is also the founder and organizer of COOKSCAMP, the largest hospitality conference in Canada.
